Responsibilities:
 Manage the software development projects and facilitate sprint releases
 Check the software projects periodically to evaluate its performance and provide updates
 Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
 Supervise and direct IT personnel
 Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
 Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
 Proficiency in project management software tools
 Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
 Knowledge of Software tools and techniques
 Recommend upcoming software trends and strategies to be used in the projects
